ASCO publishes these documents for public information. The documents in this library are formally adopted and current public copies, updated to the 2 October 2026 harmonisation. They remain subject to ASCO's Memorandum of Incorporation, Constitution, applicable law and formal appointment records; where any summary page and an adopted document differ, the adopted document governs.
Current registration and tax status: African Solidarity Civic Organisation (ASCO) NPC · CIPC 2026/521895/08 · SARS Income Tax Reference 9322812265 · SARS Public Benefit Organisation No. 930092287 (approved). Section 18A recognition remains pending as a separate application, so ASCO does not currently issue Section 18A receipts.
